1) Sessions run at £160. The first session is an hour and subsequent sessions are 50 minutes.

2) One used to have to go through one’s GP in order to get a referral letter. Nowadays, you can book a session directly through me. Simply phone London Hypnotherapy UK on 0207 467 8564.

London Hypnotherapy

I live in London and I am looking for a hypnotherapist in central London. I suffer from sleeping problems and have been on Zopiclone at various times over the last year. It all started when I lost my job. Actually, I started to feel anxious in my job and this stopped me from sleeping. The more I tell myself that I must get to sleep, the worse it gets. This has a terrible effect on my personal life. I become irritable and anxious and sleepy during the day. I feel that this is not fair. I want to sleep during the day, but I am unable to sleep at night. Most people feel tired at the end of the day. Why do I have this? I feel that it has a lot to do with how anxious I was when I was working as a nurse. The stress of it!!!! I think I have learnt to be stressed. Can you help?
