Hypnotherapist London

Dear hypnotherapist

I have had terrible anxiety for years now. I went to see a hypnotherapist in Australia and she help me in the short term, but I need to meet someone who had listen so that it will never come back. The anxiety is severe. I have panic attacks. My mother used to beat me and now every time I enjoy myself or think about going out and enjoying myself I get anxiety attacks. I think to myself, ‘I really want to enjoy myself’, and,’I really want to go out and have a good time.’  I also think to myself, ‘I hope I don’t get anxious’ and, ‘I hope that I can go out and see my friends’. And then it happens. I get stressed and anxious. I can’t breathe. My heart feels heavy and I begin to sweat. It is anxiety and I can’t stop it. I am out of control.  need a good hypnotherapist and psychotherapist or psychologist who is trained to help me. I thought that I would go to you because I know that my friend really improved after seeing you. Please help because I am really scared and I want to continue with my life!!
