London Hypnotherapist

Dear Dr Kraft

I need to speak to you about my performance anxiety. I am a trombone player and I play regularly at festivals and concerts throughout the year. The work that I do pays the bills, but it is the solo work that I enjoy the most and it also pays well. But when I get to the venue I get so anxious that I can’t perform well. Now, it has got worse. My performance anxiety affects me the day before, and start developing panic symptoms a whole day before the event. I get moody. My heart begins to race, the palms for my hands get sweaty (I understand that this is called hyperhidrosis__I have looked on Google), and I am out of control. Apart from when I am asleep, which incidentally take a long time, these feelings build up and get worse and worse. When I arrive at the concert venue, I become so stressed that I begin to shake. I can’t hold a pen let alone a trombone. My sister said that I should get help, and see someone who specializes in performance anxiety hypnotherapy, and someone who does it in London. I live in West London and I need to see somebody in London because of my work.

I perform all over the place, but most of the rehearsals are in central London. Can you see me soon? I have a really important gig in Basingstoke and I have been learning this piece of music for several months now. It is really important. I also understand that performance anxiety hypnotherapy is long lasting and continues to grow on its own. Is that correct?

Kel

Dear Kel

I can certainly see you. Please give me a ring on 0207 467 8564. Hypnotherapy, combined with counselling and/or psychotherapy, are together very powerful in treatment and the effects are long lasting. I tend to give suggestions such as, ‘the process of becoming more and more confident…..grows inside of you stronger and stronger as time passes’ . This is very useful during the hypnotherapy.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Eating Disorder. Bulimia Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy London.

Dear sir

Thank you for my hypnotherapy. I have now got my bulimia under control, and I feel more in control in my life. I am now eating what I like but in smaller quantities. The work we did in the sessions has really helped me to believe in myself. I am now going back to the states, but, when I come back, I would like to see you again because I feel that this is the right thing to do. I might have a hypnotherapy booster, or I might have a psychotherapy session. These psychotherapy sessions seem to work too. I have space to talk to you about whatever I need to talk to you about. You will be pleased to know that I am also practising self hypnotherapy too. This is empowering. I think that if I ever meet someone in London who needs hypnotherapy, I will recommend them to you. I feel great now, and feel comfortable with my weight. I do not need to binge anymore. It was tough to sort out. I cried a lot during the hypnotherapy and at home and I am seeing less of my mother during the week; but I feel more in control of my life, and the bulimic attacks have stopped. I think that everyone should try hypnotherapy. I had no idea that my mother was so interconnected with this whole thing, you know. Wow. What a strange thing! Thanks again

Hypnotherapist London

To London Hypnotherapy UK

I just wanted to put pen and paper to thank you so much for your help and the hypnotherapy. As soon as I phoned, I felt that I was in good hands, and they said that the hypnotherapist is extremely good at what he does. They also said that he is a psychotherapist too and that is principally what he does. Well, you know, the slogan of London Hypnotherapy UK is ’someone who cares…’ and I think that this is correct. The secretaries were lovely and helpful too. I have to say that I felt worried about the whole hypnosis thing. And I didn’t think that it would help me at all. I have been suffering from insomnia and hypnogogic hallucinations for many years now and I had come to the end of the road. But the hypnotherapist, Dr Kraft, reassured me and made me feel much better. He guided me through the hypnotherapy process and this helped me a great deal. I think that he is the best hypnotherapist ever. I should know. I have seen three in my life so far, and I don’t think I need to see another hypnotherapist ever again. He also taught me self hypnosis and this is really important indeed. If you need a hypnotherapist in London, contact London Hypnotherapy UK. Their phone number is 07946 579645, and they are really helpful. The only thing that I found difficult was the first session. But you have to work through that if you want to get better. A friend of mine went to see the same hypnotherapist and he got better too. But he said that he was in a terrible state for several days after some of the session. I only had 5 sessions and got better, but he cried during the hypnotherapy and it took him a couple of months before he felt ready to leave. I suppose we are all different.

Hypnotherapist London

Dear sir

I need a hypnotherapist in London who can sort me out. I have wanted you find a hypnotherapist for some time now. It is funny. I am scared about hypnotherapy because of all the programmes I have watch about this subject. But I have been told that hypnotherapy is very different from the stuff that they do on stage or on these programmes. I need to find a hypnotherapist who can help me with my fear of flying. I have flying phobia, and I have had it since I was eleven years of age. In fact, I have had it since I moved from the Middle East. I have lived in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman. I have also lived in Morocco and Turkey when I was five, but I considered my home to be in the Middle East. Actually, I never really settled in any area, and I find travel really difficult. I saw a counsellor and we unravelled these things over a period of six months. The reason why I have contacted you is because you are a psychotherapist and you use hypnotherapy.

Thanks L

Dear L

Thanks for the e-mail. Indeed, stage hypnosis is very different to what I do. I use hypnosis within the context of psychodynamic psychotherapy. If you would like to book an appointment, please phone 0207 467 8564, and I will give you a time each week where you can come and address some of these issues.

With very best wishes

Hypnotherapist London

Dear Dr David Kraft

I have been looking very carefully at the internet and I have discovered your hypnotherapy website. I have been trying to take off weight for a long time, and have had some success. But, recently, I have had a baby and I now find that dieting is really hard. I want to feed myself all the time. I find myself trying to eat carrots and fruit during the day. If I manage it, I then snack in the evening. I have tried various weight loss diet and these have not worked either. I am really lost at the moment too and need some confidence. I don’t have any confidence, and I want to talk about this too. I have read on your website that hypnotherapy can help people to take off weight. Can you help. Weight Loss Hypnotherapy looks like the sort of thing for me.

Hypnotherapist London

Dear hypnotherapist

My name is Freddie and I am looking for someone that can help me with fear of flying. I started being scared of heights, but, one day, my family suggested that I needed to go back to Australia to see my grandfather and father. My parents split up when I was only 16, and I moved to the UK when I was 22. I have been in the UK ever since and I am now 31. I don’t really want to see my father at all. I fear that my phobia is not actually to do with flying at all. It is an excuse. I don’t want to see my horrible father who abused my mother and who talked down to me every day.

I heard that hypnotherapy was really helpful when helping people with phobias. I want to go on a plane, but just not to Australia. But I also need to speak to someone who is a psychotherapist–someone who really understand where I am coming from. I looked at your website and I can see clearly that you are both a hypnotherapist and a psychotherapist. I have done a huge amount of work on the Internet trying to find the therapist that will be suitable for me. I think that the answer is to meet someone who is a psychotherapist and a hypnotherapist. I am not interested in Jungian psychology, Kohutian psychotherapy or alternative medicine. I would like to deal with these problems now in a caring and effective way. I want to work in Qatar and in Saudi Arabia next year; I went there to work for about three weeks, and this was about five years ago. This would be the motivation for wanting to be able to fly again. I read that motivation was really important in therapy and I have had psychotherapy before in Australia. I want to go to Saudi in particular because of the weather and I have lots and lots of male friends there.

Thanks

Freddie

Dear Freddie

It sounds like you have done a huge amount of work on this phobia already. I don’t like to say a huge amount when I write e-mails to clients because any of my words can be misinterpreted. However, you seem to be moving in the right direction already. If you would like to book an appointment, please ring me at 10 Harley Street on 0207 467 8564.

With best wishes

Dear hypnotherapist/psychotherapist

My name is Margaret. I have been working really hard to try to take off weight. I have a comprehensive understanding of the principles of taking off weight. I understand that you have to eat small meals and that you should not snack in between eating sessions. I also understand that sugar is not helpful and that we should reduce a fat intake. I know of of this. I have taken off a stone so far. But I have these sessions that take place where I don’t care. I binge eat and the more I eat the more I don’t care. I say to myself, ‘Well, I have eaten this so I might as well eat this cake as well, or this pizza, or this pint of beer’. And then in the morning, I feel really guilty and it puts me back three days worth of dieting. Or more…….

Can you help me stop having this attacks? I have many friends that have tried hypnotherapy and they have been helped for all sorts of problems. I have looked on your website and I have been really impressed. I look at the section entitled, ‘Weight Loss Hypnotherapy’. What is ‘Weight Loss Hypnotherapy’. Can it help me with my binge eating and will it help me to take off weight in the future? I am in it for the long term and really want to get to my ideal weight. Hypnotherapy must be the right thing for me. I want it to empower me to have more control. At the moment I am 11 stone, but I am not tall and my ideal weight is 9 stone. I am also doing exercise at the gym and this has helped me to take off weight in the past. I am also looking trimmer and fitter. I reallly hope hypnotherapy will work. The cardiovascular work that I have been doing has given me more energy too, but some weeks I put on muscle and weigh more. I only weigh myself at the end of each week, and I don’t do this every day. I am looking for a top hypnotherapist. Someone who really knows what he is doing. A hypnotherapist based in somewhere like Harley Street like yourself.

Can you get me an appointment and how do I do it.

Margaret

Dear Margaret

Yes certainly I can help. One used to have to go to one’s GP to get a referral letter, but now, all one has to do is to go to London Hypnotherapy UK or London Psychotherapy directly, and then book an appointment. The links are below:

www.londonhypnotherapyuk.com and www.londonpsychotherapy.co.uk

‘Weight Loss Hypnotherapy’ is the general name given to treatment programmes which use hypnotherapy to help people to take off weight. Some hypnotherapist use a strict regimented approach which last s for a certain number of weeks; I, however, tend to build a treatment programme around the needs of the individual client, and this strategy is tailor made to suit your needs. I have had a great deal of success working with a number of people who have had eating disorders. However, binge eating, in any any of its forms is not classed as an eating disorder. Certainly, the aim of the hypnotherapy is to help you to take off weight and to keep it off in the future.

If you would like to book a session, please feel free to ring me at 10 Harley Street, London, W1G 9PF. I look forward to speaking to you. The number is as follows: 0207 467 8564.
