London Hypnotherapy UK

At London Hypnotherapy UK, we make sure that our clients are cared for as soon as therapy starts. At the first session, some clients find that they want to spend some time getting to know their therapist before using hypnosis, but that decision is entirely theirs; others, find that they want to use hypnosis straight away. Generally, the approach used at London Hypnotherapy UK combines psycho-dynamic psychotherapy with hypnotherapy. The hypnosis is used to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment in order to help individuals recover in a shorter space of time. We believe that, at London Hypnotherapy UK, each client is unique and requires an individual therapy programme to suit his or her needs. Sessions are 50 minutes.

London Hypnotherapy UK has had a great deal of success treating a number of conditions and problems including: insomnia, anxiety, phobias, eating disorders, hyperhidrosis, IBS, panic attacks, stress, weight problems, smoking, sexual problems, performance anxiety, depression, agoraphobia, alcohol addiction, lack of confidence, psychosomatic pain, OCD, exam stress, and grief. For a full list of conditions please see the glossary page.

Hypnosis is a safe and effective adjunct to therapy, and no medication is used during treatment. For an appointment, please phone 020 7467 8564.
