BOOKINGS

Some people wait for long periods of time in order to get psychological help on the NHS. And, when they do finally get a referral, often they feel that the approach—normally Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)—is not quite right for them. Moreover, some people are paired with various therapists and are unable to connect with them during the therapy. London Hypnotherapy UK has various clinics in London and they overlap with each other. The clinics are as follows: London Hypnotherapy UK, London Psychotherapy, Enfield Therapy and the Phone Counselling Service. But, wherever you have therapy, booking an appointment has never been easier.

Simply ring 0207 467 8564 or 07946 579645. You will then either speak to my secretary or to me personally. In order to make a booking in Harley Street, you will need to pay a deposit fee of £60; however, this is not the case in Enfield. Legally, you are not required anymore to get a referral from your GP, and, in addition, I will only write to him with your permission.

Some people like to book block sessions in advance, while others prefer to arrange sessions each week. Your psychotherapist, David Kraft, will help you to devise a therapy programme which is right for you. Normally, you will come for sessions every week for a short period of time. This is certainly the case for most people. In this form of therapy, which normally includes hypnotherapy, it is important to have a goal—that is to say, a time limit. Some others, however, prefer to come once every two weeks or even once a month. It is important to note that, occasionally, clients want to come for regular psychotherapy for a longer stretch of time. This form of therapy, which is long-term and akin to psychoanalytic psychotherapy, is also tailor-made to suit the needs of the client. Some individuals come once, twice, three times or even four times a week.
